BH Crucis: A fascinating mira who has lengthened its period from 419 days in 1974 to ~535 days in the last cycles. AMAZING ! The mean V magnitude is also brighter. On June 11, 2003 the star reached its brightest maximum ever recorded (around V= 6.57).
